Free School Meals

The government have announced today that where an educational setting is unable to continue offering meals for Free School Meal children, during term time, that a National Voucher system will be put in place.

Please be assured that we will be able to continue offering free school meals, to children currently eligible, after Easter in the same way as we have since the government closed schools on 20th March.

Some of you may be questioning if your child should be receiving a free school meal as they are in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2.  Just to clarify if your child is in one of these year groups, they are receiving a Universal Free School meal or UNIFSM and not necessarily a Free School Meal FSM, which is related to benefits received.
